Dr. Olga Alvarez, DC, CSP, CSCP
Raised as a Pastor's kid, my family has always invested in missions. When I was 8, a calling was placed on my heart for medical missions. While exploring health career options in college, I was intrigued that with my hands, God could use me for a healing ministry both locally and abroad. Fast forward - as a family wellness Chiropractor with advanced training in perinatal, pediatrics and craniopathy, it’s a dream realized to birth Healing Touch Missions.
Dr. Olga Alvarez has been a Chiropractor in New Jersey since 2015 and is passionate about providing integrative, holistic care for families. She was recognized at the Women that Transcend Global Conference by the Hand Foundation NJ and NJ Senate in 2016. Dr. Alvarez has also been chosen by New Jersey Family magazine as one of “NJ’s Favorite Kids’ Docs” for consecutive years since 2018.
She is passionate about sharing the benefits of Chiropractic for children. Her research on cranial adjustments for pediatrics and milestone development was selected for presentation at the Association of Chiropractic Colleges’ research conference in 2024. Additionally, for her work in taking care of families affected by domestic violence, she was honored with the Volunteer Service award by Women Rising in 2024. She also promotes musician’s health, enjoys leading worship with her violin and participates in the Doctor’s Orchestral Society of New York.
